Britto also served as Senior Director of People & Culture at Aditi Consulting for over 9 years, where he managed human resource planning to provide the organization with the best people talent, positioned the organization as a Talent Hub for Technology Consulting, and steered HR strategy, programs, and administration for four business units, two corporate locations in India comprised of 700+ fulltime and contract employees.
